Saint Race were the great race of people from whom all other humanoid and non-humanoid inteligent races originated. They were the perfect race of people with extraordinary talent and a greatly overbearing physique.
The very first mention of this race, came from the Sky Lords or the Celestial Clan. They were described as a race of people even who's newborn children can have the strength of an innate realm cultivator.
Later, at the immortal mansion as well, Fu'Chu the puppet also goes on to tell Luo Zheng about the first owner of the immortal mansion and his disciples, belonging to the saint race.
During the war against the Universe of Great Expanse arc, the Saint race that appeared turned out to be an inferior version of the original Saint race created by Mu Haiji's power.
After the war was over, The celestial clan was revealed to have the bloodline legacy of saint race. This, was indeed a part of the true saint race bloodline, which was directly from God Domain. This bloodline was extremely diluted bloodline of the saint race which once existed on God Domain.
The saint race bloodline was indeed true as it was able to negate the restriction which was imposed by the controlling slate of the God Domain. This restriction cannot be undone even by paramita realm powerhouses.
This was because of the relationship between saint race and Chi You's God Domain. Where, Chi You, the weapon master being, the one true originator of the saint race bloodline.
As for the bloodline of Gu Bei, the Northern Saint, and his disciples, mainly, Yu Shengfeng, should have come from the same blood transfer technique used by the celestial clan, with the only difference that purity of saint race blood is much higher than inside the universe.
During the God Domain arc, the saint race was revealed to be from the Mother World. They were called Li Min or Nine Li by the people of Mother World. The saint race where actually a group of the last remaining Nine Li who escaped from the hands of Shennong and the Yellow Emperor.
At a point of time, an unknown disaster erased all of the saint race from the God Domain. This was later revealed to be the Blood Breaking Technique which was the cause of extinction of all the saint race people that once dominated the entirety of the God Domain.
Saint Race was another word for Li Min, which is the bloodline of Luo Zheng and his mother. His Bloodline legacy is the same as that of Chi You's Ruler Grade Bloodline.
This was possible as the saint race blood Luo Zheng obtained was from the Six Marked Blood Securing Seed which contained another copy of the original bloodline of Chi You. The seed of Luo Zheng also possessed the immeasurable ruler whereas Luo Yan's Nuwa Bloodline seed possessed the Energy Axis.
Towards the last part of the Mother World arc, the bloodline obtained from immortal realm was revealed to be from the 4th Dimension. Chi You's, Saint Race bloodline was only another variant bloodline of the immortal picture scroll.
The difference between each type of bloodline caused changes within a single race, seperating them entirely. Human race was no different as the bloodline of each Human Emperors of Mother World seperated them into different clans.
The changes in external appearance due to the power of bloodline seperated them into races. Thus, the human race was divided into different races because of bloodline in the God Domain.
Due to this reason, the greater part of human race declined during the current primal chaos era, making them one of the many super influences of the Mother World. The Mother World, which should have a Domination Rank Civilization was seperated into many states and Super Influences, where humans weren't the dominant species.
